- "Building it better in the Southtowns"

The Southtowns Builders Association is a
non-profit organization whose purpose is the enhancement of the
relationship between the consumer and the building industry and
its related counterparts.
- The Association's goal is to
maintain a high standard of ethics and to promote the general
quality of life in the Southtowns area. Additionally, the
Association seeks an active role in the development of policy
which affects the individuals, businesses and communities it
represents.
Our members shall
constantly seek to provide better values and strive to develop the
efficiency of the home building industry. We will at all
times, contribute our members' knowledge in home building to the
best interest of the consumers we serve. At all jobs, we shall
comply both in spirit and in letter to the rules and regulations set
forth by law and government agencies for the health, safety and
progress of the community.
Active membership
shall be open to any person, firm or corporation whose principle
business is building, or an allied trade of the building industry
within Southern Erie County. They shall agree to abide by the
provisions of the by-laws (and amendments thereof), and shall
subscribe to the code of ethics previously set
forth.
Associate membership shall be open
to all engineers, architects, real estate brokers, financial
institutions or building supply dealers within Southern Erie
County. Affiliate membership shall be open to employees of
active and associate members
